This week’s top commercial real estate transactions

GroundFloor Development purchased 2.67 acres at 2105 and 2211 W. Davis St. in the Oak Cliff for developments of apartments, townhouses and retail space. Transwestern’s Steve Williamson and Ben Coffee brokered the sale of one of the last large vacant proeprties on Davis Street. The site is zoned for 20 townhomes and a f5-story apartment project with ground-floor retail.

LoaLoa Partners LP has sold the 45,000 square-foot Elmbrook Medical Plaza 8267 Elmbrook Dr. in Dallas to Texas Digestive Disease Consultants. Leigh Richter of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services brokered the sale with Kyle Libby of MedCorePartners. The buyer is a tenant in the bulding.

ChildCareGroup has sold a 13,801 square-foot office building at 407 W. 10th St. in Dallas to Bishop Arts LLC. Leigh Richter abd Clint Manning of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services brokered the sale.

Americo-GSW LP has sold a 43,846 square-foot warehouse at 1713 Great Southwest Parkway in Arlington, to Innovative Machine & Laser LLC . Michael W. Spain of Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services brokered the sale with Luke Davis and Drew Feagin of Stream Realty Partners.

M. B. AV Inc. purchased a 14,375 square-foot building at 1111 111th Street in Arlington. Troy Morgan of Structure Commercial negotiated the sale.

Leases

Sunrise Wood Designs LLCleased 135,405 square feet at 8801 Autobahn Drive in Dallas. Canon Shoults and John Gorman of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Michael Chiocca of CBRE.

All American Hardwood Inc. leased 15,042 square feet of industrial space at 3405 Dalworth Street in Arlington. Corby Hodgkiss at Mercer Co. negotiated the lease with Matt Thompson at Lee & Associates.

OMG Thermoforming Inc leased 11,607 square feet at 3407 Avenue D in Arlington. Canon Shoults and Clay Balch of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Kurt North of North Pointe Commercial Realty Services.

AAA Candle Supply Inc expanded into 11,590 square feet at 10460-10474 Brockwood Road in Dallas. Josh Barnes and Ben Wallace of Holt Lunsford Commercial negotiated the lease with Barret Bufkin of ESRP.

Queen’s Beauty Supply leased 10,000 square feet of retail space at 3030 N. Josey Ln. in Carrollton. Eric Deuillet of Structure Commercial negotiated the lease.

Bio Na Braza Churrascaria leased 8,000 square feet of retail space at 310 W. Las Colinas Blvd. in Irving. The Retail Connection’s Dennis Leibovitz negotiated the lease.

Queen’s Beauty Supply leased 7,793 square feet of retail space at 115 N. Greenville Ave in Allen. Eric Deuillet of Structure Commercial negotiated the lease with Joe Swedlund of Sabre Realty.

Pazzo Uptown leased 7,000-square feet of retail space at 2600 Cedar Springs Road in Dallas. The Retail Connection’s Dennis Leibovitz negotiated the lease.
